I have been following Nivada Grenchen since the relaunch of the Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver and the Antarctic back in 2020. These two new models are distinctly traditional in appearance. That makes them easy to like. Compared to the regular Classic Manufacture, these look a bit more original and refined. The new Roman numerals and dial layout feel more authentic to Frederique Constant, and that is a great thing.

The thin keeper is a detail that I think should be highlighted. It's often overlooked or underrated. The sides and edges of every Accurate Form belt are also my favorite. It's not a synthetic material, it is just slightly darker and has a natural feel. The wine strap, by the way is the only one that does not have the Accurate For stamping underneath. It's likely just a ""bug"", but I love the ""Made in Japan"" stamping. Italian straps are familiar and have a quality we like, but as an European, I find a Japan-made band to be something special.
